Our 125 Gallon (1000 lbs) Wax Melter Tank is designed for high productivity levels for candle makers and confectioners alike. Meets organic certification standards with all high quality 304 stainless steel construction. Its both cosmetic and food grade quality. The unique inner tank is designed for better efficiency with its sloped bottom. You receive even distribution that eliminates the risk of hot spots and precise temperature control that can be maintained over long periods of time under continual use.
Sloped bottom bow provided at no additional cost! With our Willow Way 125 Gallon Wax Melter Tank, there is never a need to tilt your tank or stand to drain all of your product out. Clean up is a breeze with a sloped interior.

You might be interested in our optional “Faucet for Water Jacket”. Use it to replace the jacket drain plug. You can then attach a standard water hose making drainage mess free. Cntrol the flow with the turn of the handle.

Tank Jacket Tips:
Your Tank Jacket can be filled with Water, Mineral Oil or Propylene Glycol (PPG).
Both PPG and Mineral oil heat slower than water. On the upside, you get better heat retention, it allows for higher temperatures, evaporation becomes less of an issue, and it requires less maintenance.
NOTE: When using PPG, always use food grade quality and make sure it contains a corrosion inhibitor.
When you want the option to flush the jacket to cool your products down quickly, water is the best choice for filling your tank jacket.
